Building 11

Building 11 in Centurion features 4000m² of cladding that’s exposed to the elements. TAL supplied adhesives, grout and a latex additive to deliver a waterproof and flexible tile installation that can withstand expansion and contraction. Regular site visits were conducted to monitor the cladding installation, including the tiled parapet walls that required protection against moisture ingress.
