TAL Profix Plus is a high performance aggressive acrylic adhesive for sheet vinyl & stick down carpeting. Ideal for floor coverings with very high levels of memory.

Used for vinyl and textile (carpet) floor coverings including floor coverings with exceptionally coarse backings eg. needle punch carpeting, coir carpeting, etc. TAL Profix Plus is suitable for laying of needle-punch carpeting and tiles as well as stick-down carpeting and tiles. It is suitable for application onto concrete, tiles, wood, vinyl, and metal access flooring.

Note: TAL Profix Plus is NOT suitable for adhering LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles), PVC-backed Vinyl Tiles, or carpeting that has been coated with a rubber or bitumen-based wear-under layment.

Shake/agitate container well before use. Do not dilute or adulterate in any way.

TAL Profix Plus should be applied using a serrated trowel to ensure optimum transfer of adhesive, as follows:

Vinyl tiles and sheeting and backed carpeting – serrated trowel with triangular notches of 1.5mm x 1.5mm with 4mm centres

Coarse, unbacked carpeting (eg needle-punch carpeting) – serrated trowel with triangular notches of 3.0mm x 3.0mm with 4mm centres.

Applied by 1.5mm Serrated Trowel : ± 6.0m² / 1ℓ

Applied by 3mm Serrated Trowel : ± 3.0m² / 1ℓ

Actual coverages will be determined by site conditions, workmanship, etc.
